How is the general public over across the pond viewing the Brown government in comparison to Blair's? Blair was in power so long, and now a newbie in control of WhiteHall. Maybe it's too early for a concensus yet? 10 yrs is a long time to have a PM and in many minds he has been the only PM many of you can remember with clarity. (Like here, it has been a Bush or Clinton for so long they seem to be the only families allowed to live in the WhiteHouse anymore...)

As a country we need a change of direction.
Thanks to blair we have unregulated Immigration, rampant crime,seemingly going unpunnished, A housing market so expensive The young cant afford to buy and hence record numbers emmigrating to Aussie, Nz or Canada all commenweatlh countries.

A bit like your country I think, time for a change, I remember reading an excellent article On Political Change, How Countries should be forced after to Goverment terms to change its potitical leanings, right to left , left to right ect for the good of the country, and i see the point.
Shame is i will probably be forced to vote for a conservative party who are at best very poor.

Never thought i would say it but we someone stong and bloody minded, We need another Thatcher!!!
